Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - noon
Sunday: 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Friday, April 6th:       7:30am - 4:00pm (or until 5:30pm by special arrangement)
Saturday, April 7th:   8:00am - 12:00pm
Sunday, April 8th:     5:00pm - 6:30pm

Memorial Day:
Friday, May 25th:     8:00 - 10:00am and 4:30-5:30pm
Saturday, May 26th: 8:00 - 10:00am
Sunday, May 27th:   5:00 - 6:30pm
Monday, May 28th:   5:00 - 6:30pm


After Hours Boarding Message Phone Line:  You may leave messages for our boarding staff at (608) 241-1000 regarding changes in expected pick-up time. Please note that while we are happy to keep your pet for an additional day should your arrival be delayed, we cannot arrange for pick-up times outside of our regular hours.

Check-in & Check-out Policies: Your pet may only be checked in or checked out during our regular business hours. Payment in full for all charges incurred while your pet stays with us is required before your pet can be checked out. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Pets who check-out after 11:00 a.m. will be charged for an additional full day of boarding.
